We are the   Greater Fairbanks Racing Asssociation   operating the Mitchell Raceway.

2016 will be our 47th year racing at the Mitchell Raceway.  We are one of the few  dirt tracks still being run by a Non-Profit Association.  We get by with the help of great volunteers that run the association, drivers with their pit crews that participate and the race fans that fill the bleachers each week.

 

This year we will  have the following classes: Mini Bomber, Dollar Stock,  Sportsman, Modified and Winged Sprint Cars.  Our track is a 1/4 mile dirt track with moderate banking.

The Greater Fairbanks Racing Association is dedicated to providing a safe family environment while still allowing the "big kids" to have some fun too!

Track Grounds Include: **Separate drinking and non-drinking grandstands.

 

Beer Garden that serves most domestic beers and a selection of hard lemonades.
